Overview
Day 1 (May 20, 2026) - Arrival at Bagdogra → Gangtok
−On arrival at Bagdogra Airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred to Gangtok. Enjoy a scenic drive through winding mountain roads and river valleys. On reaching Gangtok, check in to the hotel and relax. In the evening, you are free to explore the local market and MG Marg at your own pace. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 2 (May 21, 2026) - Gangtok → Lachung
+Day 3 (May 22, 2026) - Lachung → Yumthang Valley Excursion
+Day 4 (May 23, 2026) - Lachung → Gangtok
+Day 5 (May 24, 2026) - Gangtok → Tsomgo Lake & Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial
+Day 6 (May 25, 2026) - Gangtok → Pelling via Namchi Sightseeing
+Day 7 (May 26, 2026) - Pelling Local Sightseeing → Darjeeling
+Day 8 (May 27, 2026) - Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
+Day 9 (May 28, 2026) - Darjeeling → Bagdogra (Departure)
+Inclusions
- Accommodation in hotels/resorts with breakfast & dinner.
- All transfers and sightseeing in a private vehicle as per the itinerary.
- Nathula Pass, Zero Point & Namchi sightseeing are included.
- Vehicle: Sedan car/Xylo.

Payment Policy
- Full payment required for flights, train, and bus ticket booking.
- For package bookings:
1. 40% payment required to confirm the booking.
2. 40% - 30 days prior to departure
3. 20% - 7 days prior to departure
- For non-refundable bookings, 100% payment is required to confirm the booking.
Exclusions
- Items of personal nature like laundry, telephone calls, room service charges etc.
- Any entry tickets that are not mentioned in the inclusions.
- The payment for additional services taken at the hotel is to be settled directly.
- Any service not mentioned in inclusions.

Force Majeure Conditions – Any disruption caused by natural calamities, landslides, roadblocks, political disturbances, strikes, pandemic restrictions, flight/train cancellations, or any other circumstances beyond the tour operator’s control.

Additional Expenses – Any extra costs arising due to unforeseen circumstances, delays, route changes, or any personal requirements will be borne by the client.

Cancellation Policy
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
- Please Note: The cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
- The below policy is just for reference. Please ask the sales executive for the exact cancellation policy.
- From the date of booking to 30 days before travel, the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
- 30 to 15 days before travel—cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
- 15 to 7 days before travel—cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
- 0 to 7 days before travel—cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
- In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation
