Overview
Day 1 (May 13, 2026) - Pantnagar – Nainital (Approx. 70 km / 2.5 hrs)
−Arrival at Pantnagar Airport. Meet our representative and proceed to Nainital, the beautiful lake city of Uttarakhand. After hotel check-in, visit famous attractions like Naini Lake, Naina Devi Temple, Snow View Point, and Mall Road. Evening free for shopping and boating. Overnight stay in Nainital/Bhimtal.
Day 2 (May 14, 2026) - Nainital – Kausani (Approx. 115 km / 4 hrs)
+Day 3 (May 15, 2026) - Kausani – Auli (Approx. 210 km / 7–8 hrs)
+Day 4 (May 16, 2026) - Auli Local Sightseeing
+Day 5 (May 17, 2026) - Auli – Chopta (Approx. 160 km / 6 hrs)
+Day 6 (May 18, 2026) - Chopta – Tungnath – Chopta

2. 40% - 30 days prior to departure
3. 20% - 7 days prior to departure
- For non-refundable bookings, 100% payment is required to confirm the booking.

- Any entry tickets that are not mentioned in the inclusions.
- The payment for additional services taken at the hotel is to be settled directly.

Cancellation Policy
Hotel Cancellation Policy:

- From the date of booking to 30 days before travel, the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
- 30 to 15 days before travel—cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
- 15 to 7 days before travel—cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
- 0 to 7 days before travel—cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
- In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation
