Payment Policy
- Full payment required for flights, train, and bus ticket booking.
- For package bookings:
1. 40% payment required to confirm the booking.
2. 40% - 30 days prior to departure
3. 20% - 7 days prior to departure
- For non-refundable bookings, 100% payment is required to confirm the booking.
Exclusions
- Items of personal nature like laundry, telephone calls, room service charges etc.
- Any entry tickets that are not mentioned in the inclusions.
- The payment for additional services taken at the hotel is to be settled directly.
- Any service not mentioned in inclusions.
- Cost of Airfare
- Tourism Dirham Fee / City Taxes / SDF / Tourism Levy (For international package)
- TCS as applicable (For international package)
- Cost of meals other than those specified in inclusions.
- Cost of foreign exchange for personal expenses. (For international package)
- Expenses of a personal nature, mini bar in the room, laundry, telephone bills, tips, gratuities, etc.

- Early check-in and late checkout are on a request basis only and subject to room availability.

- Any increase in the cost that may come into force prior to the departure date, including a change in price owing to fluctuation in the rate of exchange.
Cancellation Policy
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
- Please Note: The cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
- The below policy is just for reference. Please ask the sales executive for the exact cancellation policy.
- From the date of booking to 30 days before travel, the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
- 30 to 15 days before travel—cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
- 15 to 7 days before travel—cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
- 0 to 7 days before travel—cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
- In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation
